Etude de réhabilitation du chemin de wilaya CW 01 reliant la commune de tidda à la commune de meghila (wilaya de tiaret) du pk 0+525 au pk 4+532

Abstract

Pour mettre en application nos connaissances théoriques acquises pendant le cycle de notre formation on a choisi un thème de route et ceci rentrant dans le cadre de la préparation du diplôme de master voie et ouvrage d’art VOA. C’est un sujet où on doit réhabiliter un tronçon de quatre kilomètres pris du chemin de wilaya CW01 de la wilaya de Tiaret reliant la commune de Tidda à la commune de Meghla. L’objectif de cette étude est : - Amélioration le niveau de service de cette route. - Assurer le confort, et la sécurité des usagers. - Augmentation de la capacité de la route. - Les Rectifications des virages. - Le Renforcement de la chaussée - L’élargissement de la route en évitant les grands remblais Pour atteindre ces objectifs on étudiera en premier lieu la route existante en faisant ressortir les caractéristique géométriques de ce tronçon ne respectant pas les normes du B40 ce qui peut se traduire par l’absence de sécurité et confort pour l’usager empruntant ce chemin. Et en second lieu on donnera à cette route les caractéristiques d’un chemin de wilaya en prenant en considération toutes les contraintes existantes. Ainsi que les opérations nécessaires au dimensionnement adéquat de la chaussée, des accotements et d’établir le type de renforcement répondant au trafic actuel afin d’assurer sécurité et confort. ABSTRACT

To apply our theoretical knowledge acquired during the course of our study, we chose a road theme and this falling within the framework of the preparation of the master's degree and VOA master’s This is a subject where we must rehabilitate a four-kilometer section taken from the wilaya path CW01 of the wilaya of Tiaret connecting the commune of Tidda to the commune of Meghla. The objective of this study is: - Improvement of the service level of this route. - Ensure the comfort and safety of users. - Increase in road capacity. - Correction of turns. - Reinforcement of the roadway - Widening of the road avoiding large embankments To achieve these objectives, we will first study the existing road by highlighting the geometric characteristics of this section that does not meet B40 standards, which can result in the lack of safety and comfort for the user taking this path. And secondly we will give this road the characteristics of a wilaya path taking into account all the existing constraints. As well as the operations necessary for the adequate dimensioning of the roadway, shoulders and to establish the type of reinforcement responding to the current traffic in order to ensure safety and comfort.

لتطبيق معرفتنا النظرية المكتسبة خلال فترة تدريبنا ، اخترنا موضوع في مجال الطرقات وهذا يدخل في إطار إعداد درجة الماجستير في تخصص VOA. هذا موضوع يتطلب منا إعادة تأهيل مقطع طوله أربعة كيلومترات مأخوذ من مسار الولائي CW01 لولاية تيارت الرابط بين بلدية تيدة و بلدية ميغلة. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو: - تحسين مستوى الخدمة لهذا الطريق. - ضمان راحة وسلامة المستخدمين. - زيادة الطاقة الاستيعابية للطريق. - تصحيح المنعرجات. - تدعيم الطريق. - اتساع الطريق. لتحقيق هذه الأهداف ،سنقوم أولاً بدراسة الطريق الموجودة من خلال تسليط الضوء على الخصائص الهندسية لهذا الجزء من الطريق الذي لا تلبي معايير B40 ،و يمكن أن تؤدي إلى نقص الأمان والراحة للمستخدم الذي يسلك هذا المسار.وثانياً ، سنعطي لهذا الطريق خصائص مسار ولائي مع مراعاة و أخذ بالاعتبار جميع القيود القائمة. وكذلك العمليات اللازمة لتحديد الأبعاد المناسبة للطريق وتحديد نوع التعزيز الذي يستجيب لحركة المرور الحالية من أجل ضمان السلامة والراحة. الكلمات المفتاحية : معايير B40، الخصائص الهندسية، خصص VOA، زيادة الطاقة الاستيعابية للطريق
