Étude d’un bâtiment (R+12+2 s-sols) en zone sismique

Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment à usage multiple (parking, bureaux et habitation) constitué de deux sous-sols, d’un Rez-de-chaussée et de 12 étages. Le bâtiment devra être implanté dans la commune de BIR-EL-DJIR, wilaya d’ORAN qui est classée en zone sismique IIa selon le RPA99 version 2003. En utilisant les nouveaux règlements de calcul et de vérifications du béton armé (RPA99V2003 et B.A.E.L91 modifié99), cette étude se divise en quatre parties. La première entame la description générale du projet avec une présentation des caractéristiques des matériaux utilisés, ensuite le pré dimensionne-ment de la structure et enfin la descente des charges. La deuxième partie a pour objectif l’étude des éléments secondaires (poutrelles, escaliers, acrotère, balcon, ascenseur, et dalle pleine). L’étude dynamique de la structure a fait l’objet de la troisième partie où nous déterminé, grace au logiciel ETABS, toutes les sollicitations dues aux différents cas de chargements (charges permanentes, d’exploitation et charge sismique). Enfin l’étude des éléments résistants de la structure (poteaux, poutres, voiles, radier général) sera calculé dans la dernière partie. Summary This project presents a detailed study of a multi-use building (parking, offices and living space) consisting of two basements, a Ground floor and 12 floors. The building should be located in the municipality of BIR-EL-DJIR, wilaya of ORAN which is classified in seismic zone IIa according to RPA99 version 2003. Using the new regulations for the calculation and verification of reinforced concrete (RPA99V2003 and BAEL91 modified99), this study is divided into four parts. The first begins the general description of the project with a presentation of the characteristics of the materials used, then the pre-dimensioning of the structure and finally the lowering of the loads. The second part aims to study the secondary elements (joists, stairs, parapet, balcony, elevator, and solid slab). The dynamic study of the structure was the subject of the third part where we determined, thanks to the ETABS software, all the stresses due to different loading cases (permanent loads, operating and seismic load). Finally, the study of the resistant elements of the structure (columns, beams, walls, general raft) will be calculated in the last part.
