Abstract

Abstract: Culture isconsidered as one of the mostcommonterms and circulation among the variouscircles and intellectualelites, withoutbeingrestrictedunder one concept. Culture is an ideathatmanifestsitself in several areas and fields in whichitsmeaningdiffersaccordingly, and culture isembodiedthroughitsmany expressive and multiple forms in different times and places, whatmakesit the identifying identifier for every society in this world, and indeed for each group within the community and one space. Culture isalsoconsidered as a safe bridge for everyhuman-gathering in whichthere are multiple stripes and affiliations, as itis the source of human actions and behaviours, and culture is not a staticthing, but flexible in a permanent movement, affected, influenced and interactedwitheveryevent in history. This meansthatevery nation findsitselfeach time in front of the bet of generatingmeaningagain in a waythat serves its existence, belonging and hopes, in terms of challenges and strugglesthroughhegemony and stealth, through a strategictrinity: "Past, Present, and Future" thatis, the traceableequation, throughwhich a personcanbuild "himself" and "hiscivilization" each time in a mannerthat serves his existence, hispresence and his affiliation at the same time, and thisisthrough the embodiment of a vision / image emanatingfrom the mind. In this regard, the image is the backbone of culture withwhatcanbeembodied and implied on the ground (changed), but this image willonly come through the pangs of generationfromdifferentiation and difference. In this regard, we are facedwith the possibility of generation, the generation of meaning in line with the privacy of belonging and the bet of the present / reality and future prospects. In thissense, "Fernand Dumont" has writtenhisphilosophy of culture, makingit the starting and the end of anyhuman and cultural construction. This researchattempts to present a comprehensive image on the philosophy of culture, and stands on the variousDumontian concepts and perceptions of culture in thisepistemologicalapproach .Keywords: culture, civilization, Fernand Dumont, identity, history, heritage, modernity, postmodernism, philosophy, thought. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Résumé: La culture représente l’un des termes les plus courants et répondus dans les différents milieux et les élites intellectuelles sans être saisie par un seul concept. La culture en tant qu'idée se manifeste dans plusieurs et différents domaines où sa signification diffère selon les différents domaines et elle s'incarne à travers ses nombreuses formes expressives et multiples à différents moments et endroits, ce qui en fait l'identifiant identitaire pour chaque société de ce monde. Mais aussi pour chaque groupe dans la même société et le même espace. Elle est aussi le pont sûr pour chaque rassemblement humain où il existe de nombreuses rayures et affiliations en considérant qu'elle est à l'origine d'actions et de comportements humains. La culture n'est pas une chose rigide, mais plutôt de flexible dans un mouvement perpétuel, affecté, influencé et interagit avec chaque événement de l'histoire ,ce qui signifie que chaque nation se retrouve à chaque fois devant le pari de générer à nouveau du sens d'une manière qui serve son existence, son appartenance et ses espoirs en termes de défis et de conflits à travers le jeu de la domination et du déguisement, à travers une trinité stratégique: "le passé, le présent, le futur"."Autrement dit, l'équation de l'espace-temps à travers laquelle l'homme peut se construire "lui-même" et "sa civilisation" à chaque fois d'une manière qui sert à la fois sa présence, son présent et son appartenance. C'est en incarnant une vision/image émanant de l'esprit. L'image est l'épine dorsale de la culture, qui peut être incarnée et ancrée sur le terrain (changé).Mais cette image ne proviendra que si nous sommes capables de générer du sens en accord avec et l'intimité d'appartenance et l'enjeu du présent/de la réalité et des perspectives d’avenir. En ce sens, «Fernand Dumont» a tracé sa philosophie de la culture, en faisant le début et la fin de toute construction humaine et civilisée. Cette thèse tente de présenter un tableau complet sur la philosophie de la culture, et de tenir compte des différents concepts et représentations chez Dumont, de la culture dans cette approche épistémologique. Mots clés: culture, civilisation, Fernand Dumont, identité, histoire, patrimoine, modernité, postmodernisme, philosophie, pensée. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ الملخص باللغة العربية: تعتبر الثقافة أحد أكثر المصطلحات شيوعا وتداولا بين مختلف الأوساط والنخب الفكرية، دون أن تضبط تحت مفهوم واحد، فالثقافة كفكرة تتجلى في مجالات وميادين عدة يختلف فيها معناها باختلاف هذه الميادين والمجالات،وتتجسد الثقافة عبر أشكالها التعبيرية العديدة والمتعددة باختلاف الأزمنة والامكنة، ما يجعل منها المحدد الهوّياتي لكل مجتمع من مجتمعات هذا العالم، بل ولكل جماعة من الجماعات داخل المجتمع والفضاء الواحد،كما أنها ( أي الثقافة ) الجسر الآمن لكل تجمع انساني تتعدد فيه المشارب والانتماءات، على اعتبار أنها مصدر الأفعال والسلوكيات الإنسانية، والثقافة ليست شيئا جامدا، بل هي مرنة في حركية دائمة، تتأثر وتؤثر وتتفاعل مع كل حدث داخل التاريخ. ما يعني أنكل أمة من الأمم تجد نفسها كل مرةأمام رهان توليدالمعنى من جديد بما يخدم وجودها انتماءها وآمالها، ومن حيث التحديات والصراعات عبر لعبة الهيمنة والتخفي،من خلال ثالوث استراتيجي:"الماضي،الحاضر،المستقبل" أي المعادلة الزمكانية، التي عبرها يستطيع الانسان بناء "ذاته" و"حضارته" كل مرة بما يخدم وجوده، حاضره وانتماءه في نفس الوقت، وهذا من خلال تجسيد رؤية/صورةمنبثقة من العقل.فالصورة هي عصب الثقافة بما يمكن تجسيده وترسيخه على أرض الواقع (تغييره)،لكن هذه الصورة لن تتأتى إلا من خلال مخاض التوليد من التمايز والاختلاف. إننا بهذا أمام إمكانية التوليد،توليد المعنى بما يتماشى وخصوصية الانتماء ورهان الحاضر/الواقع وآفاق المستقبل.بهذا المعنى خط "فرناند دومون"(Fernand Dumont) فلسفته حول الثقافة جاعلا منها المنطلق والمنتهى لأي بناء إنساني وحضاري. تحاول هذه الرسالة تقديم لوحة شاملة عن فلسفة الثقافة، والوقوف عند مختلف المفاهيم والتصورات الدومونية للثقافة في مقاربته الابستيمولوجية هذه. الكلمات المفتاحية: الثقافة ،الحضارة، فرناند دومون، الهوية،التاريخ، التراث، الحداثة، ما بعد الحداثة ، الفلسفة، الفكر.
