الأفكار الوسواسية وأثرها على صحة العلاقة الجنسية الزوجية عند المرأة دراسة عيادية لعشر حالات -ولاية غليزان-

Abstract

Summery of the study : The disorder of the health of sexual relationship is considered among the disturbances which many cases , in the Algerian society, suffer from and which is considered among the indicators of poor marital compatibility . Under the socio-culture reality ,these disorders are because of cultural perceptions and negative beliefs which passed down through generations . That’s why our study of this topic is derived from a clinical work which was done at the public health. Besides ,we were helped by traditional healers who treated the cases following traditional . The topic of the study focuses on the influence of obssessive thoughts on the health of marital sexual relationship on woman and the therapeutic orientation of the cases. Firstly ,depending on in depth study of ten cases which were chosen on purpose following traditional treatment. The researcher have used psychological scales in addition to using interviews and direct observation as diagnostic tools . -revealing obssessive thoughts depending on ‘’Bill Brown’s’’ criterion of obssessive compulsive disorder and personality disorder standard for’’ Heller ‘’. -revealing the perceptions of the disease and treatment methods via the scale of ElMelah. -revealing the lack of sexual compatibility through OussamaAbderrezak ‘s standard The study reveales that thereasons of obssessive thoughts are of cultural heritage and beliefs which lead to traditional treatments. -The lack of sexual compatibility is the result of the influence of obssessive thoughts and the subjective interpretations which lead to disputes. -Focusing on traditional treatments, primarily related to religion ( Roquia), isinfluenced by these obssessive thoughts and interpretations. ......................................................................................................................................................................................................Résumé : Le trouble des relations sexuelles est l’un des problémes les plus fréquents dont souffre beaucoup la société algérienne. La contiance doit régner entre les époux mais dans le contexte socio-culturel qui est le notre, le trouble sexuel est considéré comme un tabou dans un milieu conservateur. Ce type de trouble est vu d’un point de vue négatif et engendre des idées rétrogrades. Pour tout cela,notre étude est venue se pencher sur ce probléme Clinique qui ont eu à traiter certains cas. Cette étude insiste sur l’influence des idées négatives qu’ont certains couples sur leur vie sexuelle et les troubles qui en résultent notamment chez les femmes. La méthode s’ estappuyée sur une étude approfondie du sujet.(étude de dix cas particuliers qui suivent un traitement traditionnel). En plus des confrontations directes, le chercheur à utilisé des références personnelles : -recherche des idéés obsessionnelles en se basant sur la méthode de « Bill Brown » pour personnifier ces troubles. -Recherche des méthodes de traitement et thèrapie d’ « El Malah ». -Recherche de non complémentarité dans les relations sexuelles d’après « Oussama Abderrazak ». -Les résultats de l’étude ont fait ressortir la présence d’idées obsessionnelles engendrées par les croyances issues de la tradition qui a une grande influence sur notre société. -Les troubles d’ordre sexuel sont la conséquence de ces idées obsessionnelles liées à la tradition au lieu des idées objectives liées à la medecinemoderne . -Le recours au traitement traditionnel en permierlien, car lié à la religion qui est ancrée profondement dans notre société . ..................................................................................................................................................................................................................ملخص الدراسة: يعد اضطراب العلاقة الجنسية من بين الاضطرابات التي تعاني منها حالات كثيرة في المجتمع الجزائري، والذي يعتبر من مؤشرات سوء التوافق الزواجي، لكن في ظل واقع سوسيو ثقافي يعتبر هذا النوع من الاضطرابات تابو(Tabou)لما يحظى به من طابع المحافظة، لذلك فقد تبنى تفسيرات أسبابه على تصورات ثقافية ومعتقدات سلبية تنتج عنها أفكار وسواسية، لذلك جاءت دراستنا لهذا الموضوع والمستوحاة من عمل عيادي، تم القيام به بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة. كما تمت الاستعانة بالمعالجين التقليديين الذين تتابع لديهم الحالات علاجا تقليديا.تهدف الدراسة إلى مدى تأثير الأفكار الوسواسية على صحة العلاقة الجنسية الزوجية عند المرأة وعلى مختلف جوانب حياتها وعلى التوجه العلاجي الذي تتخذه مسارا لها. تم اعتماد المنهج العيادي من خلال استخدام أسلوب دراسة حالةوالذي تم فيه الاقتصار على عشر حالات كان اختيارها قصديا وتتابع علاجا تقليديا، تتوفر فيها شروط العينة.استخدم الباحث إضافة إلى المقابلات والملاحظة المباشرة المقاييس النفسية كأدوات تشخصية منها مقياس "بيل براون" للوسواس القهري، ومقياس اضطرابات الشخصية ل"هيلر"، ومقياس التوافق الزواجي ل"أسامة عبد الرزاق"، وكذا اختبار الأخطاء الشائعة حول الطب النفسي ل"المالح". كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن: -وجود أفكار وسواسية ناتجة عن التصورات للمرض وتفسير أسبابه، التي تعد نتاج إرث ثقافي ومعتقدات حول تأثير القوى الغيبية على الصحة والسلوك، عززتها أدوات وإيحاءات، دفعت بالحالات إلى التوجه نحو العلاجات التقليدية. -عدم وجود توافق جنسي وزواجي، نتيجة تأثير الأفكار الوسواسية في تفسير أسباب الاضطرابوالتي ساهمت في التأثير على مختلف التوافقات وكذا المسار العلاجي،الذي تم التركيز من خلاله على العلاج التقليدي بالدرجة الأولى.
