Résumé:
In recent years, the regulation of water quality has become increasingly strict. This is due to a growing social concern on the preservation of the environment. For this purpose, the environmental research has undergone remarkable development.
Nylosane Red (2-RBL) is a synthetic dye widely used in textile industries in Algeria and mainly in SOITEX in Tlemcen. It is often released into the ecosystem with concentrations exceeding the standards required by the legislation.
The processes followed in this study dealing with the treatment of synthetic solutions in pure water Nylosane Red dye (an advanced oxidation process: Fenton (Fe2 + / H2O2), an electrochemical process which is Electrocoagulation and a method of fixation: Adsorption) have allowed to achieve removal rates; higher than 90%.
Performance comparison of elimination by the various studied methods showed that the treatment of Nylosane Red by electrocoagulation has achieved a very high removal rate: 95.04% after 15 min. In addition, this process is preferable due to the non-use of chemical reagents and also to a low energy Electric consumption.
