Health services are means to reach the best expectations of patients,which is called the quality of health services.Functionality is also considered as the key to achieve better levels of quality which are realized by human resources. This occurs is in a form of evaluating performance through which job satisfaction is generated
The study aims to know the relationship between the previous three variables and the effect achieved between them and for the purpose of reaching the results, a questionnaire was distributed among 60 individuals from the paramedical staff in the public hospital , "Ben Alaa el hadj" and after analyzing the data using the program spssv25 and discussion Results, the study concluded that the performance evaluation is linked to a weak direct relationship with job satisfaction, which indicates the presence of an impact between them, and thus the performance evaluation process contributes to a feeling of job satisfaction. As for job satisfaction and the achieved quality, there is no effect between them, and thus we say that there are other variables that are possible. To be affected by the quality of the health service and by referring to the evaluation of performance and the achieved quality, they are also related to a weak direct relationship, which requires the intervention of some other variables that a group works to improve the quality of health services.
