Résumé:
The sea has always been considered as a universal receptacle for chemical and hydrocarbon spills that can modify the physicochemical parameters of seawater. At the same time, the discharge of wastewater at sea level will be responsible for the accentuation and amplification of concentrations. microbiological microorganisms, in particular bacteria. All these changes will lead in the long term to ecological imbalance and manifestations of the state of health of marine and human biodiversity.
Our main objective is the study of the quality of the sea water of the three sites Sidi Medjdoub and Sidi Lakhdar and Stidia during the month of February.
The sampling of sea water at the level of the three beaches Sidi Mejdoub and Stidia and Sidi lakhdar during the month of February, had made it possible to carry out in the laboratory evaluation examinations of certain physicochemical parameters such as the hydrogen potential (PH ), Turbidity, Conductivity, Salinity, and Temperature, coupled by a bacteriological study involving research through microbiological culture on culture media of, Total Germ, Total Coliform, Fecal Coliform, Streptococcus, and Clostrudium sulfite-reducing.
Bacteriological analysis of total germs, total and fecal coliforms as well as fecal streptococci and sulfite-reducing Clostridium had led to the confirmation of the presence of total germs at the three sites. Total Coliforms are too high, on the other hand there is an absence of sulfite-reducing Clostridium at the level of the two sites, Stidia and Sidi Lakhdar, but at the level of that of Sidi Medjdoube its value has been evaluated between 4 and 7 CFU / ml . However, bacteriological analyzes show the presence of most of the pathogenic germs.
