Les signatures épigénétiques sur la production laitière _ La RACE MONTBELIARDE_

Abstract

This study aims to diagnose the epigenetic effect mainly mastitis disease, undernourishment and milking frequency on milk production and to establish the relationship between in the latter and epigenetics in the region of the milk from Relizane. The research concerned the monitoring of milk production of 147 dairy cows of the Montbilarde breed which have the same age and same stage of lactation and a live weight and different breeding conditions. The results obtained on epigenetics have shown that there is indeed a significant influence on the average daily milk production of cows.
