Résumé:
Zeolites are alumino-silicates materials whose pores have a characteristic size
comparable to the size of various organic or inorganic molecules. They have some
interesting adsorption and catalytic properties, porous solids have been the subject of
many studies regarding their potential uses in various fields. Many researchers have
focused then on getting these new compounds, especially the material named MCM-
41.
Its synthesis is based on the use of a cationic surfactant, the materials obtained for
this synthesis have good surface area and pore openings large enough so the
synthesized MCM-41 are quite capable of being used as a trap for some metals such as
lead and cadmium levels with evidence of trapping.
