المناخ التنظيمي وعلاقته بالصحة النفسية لدى أستاذ التعليم الابتدائي : (دراسة ميدانية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي بولاية مستغانم)

Abstract

Abstract : The current study shows the relationship between organizational climate and mental health of primary education teachers by testing the compatibility of the proposed structural model, where two measures of organizational climate and mental health were prepared based on previous studies, study perspective models and results of semi-structured interviews. The baseline study was conducted on a stratified random sample of 500 teachers, the study data were statistically processed using a structural equation modeling (SEM) technique, and the study found the proposed structural model to be compatible, the following results were obtained : 1.There is a direct impact of organizational climate on the psychological health of primary school teachers. 2.There is a direct and statistically significant impact relationship with dimensions of organizational climate beyond mental well-being at the significance level (0.05) among primary school teachers. 3.There is a direct and statistically significant impact relationship with dimensions of organizational climate beyond physical well-being at the significance level (0.05) among primary school teachers. 4.There is a direct and statistically significant impact relationship with dimensions of organizational climate beyond the social well-being dimension at the significance level (0.05) among primary school teachers. Keywords : Primary school teachers, Organizational Climate, Mental Health, Conceptual Structure, Structural Model. ...........................................................................................................................................................................................Résumé : L'étude actuelle montre la relation entre le climat organisationnel et la santé mentale des professeurs de l'enseignement primaire en testant la compatibilité du modèle structurel proposé, où deux mesures du climat organisationnel et de la santé mentale ont été préparées sur la base d'études précédentes, des modèles de perspective d'étude et des résultats des entretiens semi-orienté. L'étude de base a été menée sur un échantillon aléatoire stratifié de 500 professeurs, les données de l'étude ont été traitées statistiquement en utilisant une technique de modélisation en équation structurel (SEM), et l'étude a constaté que le modèle structurel proposé est compatible, les résultats suivants ont été obtenus : 1. Il y a un impact direct du climat organisationnel sur la santé psychologique des professeurs de l'enseignement primaire. 2. Il existe une relation d'impact directe et statistiquement significative avec les dimensions du climat organisationnel au-delà du bien-être mental au niveau du signification (0,05) chez les professeurs de l'enseignement primaire. 3. Il existe une relation d'impact directe et statistiquement significative avec les dimensions du climat organisationnel au-delà du bien-être physique au niveau du signification (0,05) chez les professeurs de l'enseignement primaire. 4. Il existe une relation d'impact directe et statistiquement significative avec les dimensions du climat organisationnel au-delà de la dimension du bien-être social au niveau du signification (0,05) chez les professeurs de l'enseignement primaire. Mots-clés : Les professeurs du primaire, Climat Organisationnel, Santé mentale, Structure Conceptuelle, Modèle Structurel. .....................................................................................................................................................................- الملخص: تأتي الدراسة الحالية لتبين علاقة المناخ التنظيمي بالصحة النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي من خلال إختبار مدى مطابقة النموذج البنائي المقترح ،حيث تم إعداد مقياسين في المناخ التنظيمي والصحة النفسية بالإعتماد على الدراسات السابقة، النماذج المنظرة في موضوع الدراسة، ونتائج المقابلات النصف موجهة. أجريت الدراسة الأساسية على عينة عشوائية طبقية مكونة من(500) أستاذ . تمت المعالجة الإحصائية لبيانات الدراسة بإستخدام تقنية النمذجة بالمعادلة البنائية (SEM). توصلت الدراسة إلى مطابقة النموذج البنائي المقترح وتحققت النتائج التالية: 1. توجد علاقة أثر مباشر للمناخ التنظيمي على الصحة النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي. 2. توجد علاقة أثر مباشر ذات دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد المناخ التنظيمي على بعد الراحة النفسية عند مستوى المعنوية (0.05) لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي. 3. توجد علاقة أثر مباشر ذات دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد المناخ التنظيمي على بعد الراحة الجسدية عند مستوى المعنوية (0.05) لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي. 4. توجد علاقة أثر مباشر ذات دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد المناخ التنظيمي على بعد الراحة الإجتماعية عند مستوى المعنوية (0.05) لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي. الكلمات المفتاحية: أستاذ التعليم الإبتدائي، المناخ التنظيمي، الصحة النفسية، البنية المفاهيمية،النموذج البنائي.
