Résumé:
Summary of the study: This study aimed to know the extent of the effect of the proposed training program
on the development and development of some elements of physical fitness (strength,
speed) for football players in the state association of Mostaghanem and the
development of the level of these elements they have and if there are statistically
significant differences between the pre and post measurement between the two groups
Experimental and control. The researchers have selected a simple random sample of
(10) players for the control group and (10) players for the experimental group. The
researchers have used some "physical tests" for the studied fitness elements, as well
as the training program prepared for the purpose of the study.
And the researchers used the experimental approach to its suitability to the nature of
the study, and therefore some statistical analyzes were made in order to answer the
study questions and verify the hypotheses set in advance. Pearson and (T) Student's
Tests for Linked Samples and (T) Student's Independent Sample by using the
Statistical Program for Social Sciences spss
Finally, after the analysis and interpretation process, the results of the study resulted
in the fulfillment of the proposed hypotheses and revealed the extent of the proposed
training program's contribution to the development of some elements of physical fitness
for soccer players under the age of 17 years.
Through this, the researchers came out with a set of suggestions and future
assumptions, as follows:
- Optimal selection of the appropriate method for the training process, taking into
account the age group.
- To draw the attention of trainers and the specialist to the importance of training
methods and how to use them in terms of methodology
Work on training courses for trainers in the field of training methods and in the field of
physical characteristics. - Conducting other complementary studies on the
characteristic of strength and speed or training methods by introducing other
variables or changing the age
