ذRésumé de l'étude : This study aims to highlight the effectiveness of e-learning for college students, and the study hypothesis was that e-learning is effective for college students, and the research sample was composed of 40 students from the Institute of Physical Education and Sports for the final departments (third year of bachelor's and second year of master's), Was chosen intentionally, and the research student used a questionnaire as research tool, because it was emailed to students to respond to it, and after unpacking and analyzing their results, the research student came to the conclusion that the means and techniques used in distance education ( e-learning) Available to students and that the quality of electronic content offered by the College of Physical and Sports Education for students is generally acceptable and does not reach an acceptable standard. In addition, the electronic presentation of the material provides physical education and sports students with additional skills in the field of automated media not to mention that electronic distance education is only theoretically effective in the academic success of physical education students. and athletic, given the lack of recourse to physical training applications and programs. And in the end, the research student suggested the need to rely on physical and athletic training programs and applications, since the specialization in physical education is more applied than theoretical. In addition to investing positive guidelines for students and faculty members towards e-learning, developing plans and programs to benefit from these guidelines, and delivering training courses in the field of e-learningonline learning for students and faculty members. The university should also conduct more studies and research to know the effectiveness in difficult conditions and by organizing conferences and seminars for the development and advancement of e-learning
