Summary
The research aims to propose a program of active mobility adapted to the strength and balance of children with mental disabilities who are able to learn, and the researchers hypothesized that the effectiveness of the proposed motor self-program positively affects the strength and balance qualities of children with learning mental disabilities (9-11 years old). The researcher used the experimental method to suit the research problem to test the assumptions and confirm their validity or denial, so the method of tribal and dimensional testing was applied to a sample of (22) children with a learning mental disabilities between the ages of 09-11 years divided into two equal groups in terms of iq ratio and time age, one of which is an officer and the other experimental. The researchers used the scientific foundations of the tests to measure strength and balance. We used arithmetic averages, standard deviations, test (t) and correlation relationships.
The results have resulted in the proposed adapted physical activity program having a positive impact on the strength and balance qualities of children with mental disabilities who can learn, and the researchers recommend in the end to use the proposedprogram in the preparation of
the course of physical education adapted to specialized centers for the mentally handicapped.
