Résumé:
The objective of this work is to analyze certain practices relating to the conduct of dairy cattle
farming at the level of an INOUDJAL dairy farm in Zemmoura, either through a typology in
the semi-arid Algerian zone (Relizane wilaya) and to analyze the quality of raw milk
produced to define these physical-chemical and microbiological characteristics according to
farming practices. The experimental approach will be initiated by collecting information
mainly on the structural characteristics and farming practices of the farm through a
questionnaire, an analysis of the chemical and hygienic physical quality of milk produced at
the farm level during the spring season and finally a link between the breeding practices
adopted by the farm on the quality of the milks analysed from the cattle herd in full lactation.
The results obtained can best guide the development of milk production and quality on the
farm.
