Study's summary:
the human resource considered as a crucial component in any
organization to do its function and to improve its performance as well as
achieve and reaches its goals, this explains the reason behind the current
tendency of most organizations to care about the various conditions and the
circumstances surrounding the employees affecting their professional level.
among the most important factors affecting work commitment ،we
figure out that relationships considered also as ipmortant elements in
management'field because off its direct relationships with organizational
variable s which affecting its success including the organizational
commitment.
this study has dealt with the topic of human relationships and their
relation with with organizational commitment of the directorate of
communication in algeria ,wilaya of Mostaganem.in order to clarify the the
positive and authentic role of human relationship to enhance such
commitment and diagnosing the obstacles that prevent them to their jobs.
To carry out this study two main tools have been used in order to
guarantee the hypothesis validity , are observation and questionnaire which
retrieved 25 forms.
consequently , from what we observed is that there is a strong and
direct relationship between working conditions, social capital, incentives,
the commitment the directorate's workers, it sheds light that the more good
organizational climate and god environment are, the much more honest
employees are towards the institution.
