الملخص
تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الصدمة النفسية عند المرأة المتعرضة لحروق من الدرجة الثالثة ، حيث
جاءت هذه المحاولة البحثية لتسليط الضوء على أهم التناذرات النفسوصدمية المميزة للصدمة التي تعاني
منها المرأة المتعرضة لحروق .
وللتحقق من صحة الفرضيات قمنا باتباع المنهج العيادي ، على حالتين من النساء المتعرضات للحرق
، وتم تطبيق المقابلة العيادية بهدف البحث ،إضافة إلى إستبيان traumaQ.
لقد جاءت النتائج المتحصل عليها لتؤكد معاناة حاالت الدراسة من تناذرات نفسية صدمية ممثلة في
حالة الصدمة النفسية )تناذر التكرار، تناذر التجنب،التناذر العصبي اإلعاشي(، تصاحبها مجموعة من
األعراض الغير خاصة الممثلة للصدمة كاإلحساس بالعار، الشعور بالخوف ، إنخفاض تقدير الذات وكذا
إنخفاض في العالقات الجنسية وهذا نتيجة المعاش النفسي الذي عايشنه منذ وقوع الحدث الصدمي .

Abstract :
This study dealt with the issue of psychological trauma among women subject
to third dgree burns ,as this research attempt came to shed light on the most
important psychological and trauma experienced by burns .
To Vérify the hypotheses , we used the clinical approach ,in two cases of
women subjected to burning ,and the interview was applied with the aim of
research , in addition to the traumaQ test .
The results obtained came to confirm the suffering of the study cases from
traumatic psychological syndromes represented in the case of psychological
trauma accompanied by a group of non-special symptoms representing trauma
such as feeling shy ,feeling fear , low self-esteem as well as a decreease in
sexual relations , and this is the result of the psychological pension that they
experienced since the event shock .
