جودة الممارسات التدريسية في العملية التعليمية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى جودة الممارسات التدريسية في العملية التعليمية )مرتفع ،متوسط ،متدني ( ستبيان واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الد ارسة واستخدمت أداتي المقابلة وا الممارسات التدريسية لجمع معطيات الدراسة األساسية وهذا اإلستبيان مصمم من طرف أعضاء المركز الملك فهد عبد العزيز للجودة المملكة العربية السعودية وتم تعديل هذا الٱستبيان حسب خصائص مجتمع الدراسة مع حساب خصائصه السيكومترية وكانت الدراسة لعينة مكونة من 07أستاذ في طور التعليم المتوسط بمؤسيتي الصفصاف )الجديدة والقديمة (والية مستغانم وكانت الدراسة في هذا العام الدراسي 0707ولتأكد من صحة الفرضيات إعتمدت الباحثة إختبار تحليل التباين األحادي واختبار بارسون واختبار" ت "لعينتين مستقلتين للتوصل إلى النتائج التالية مستوى جودة الممارسات التدرسية يختلف بإختالف المستوى التعليمي والخبرة المهنية لألستاذ كما أن مستوى جودة الممارسات التدريسية ال يختلف بإختالف الجنس وهذا من خالل نتائج التي أظهرت وجود فروق ذات داللة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي والخبرة المهنية كما أنه ال تو جد فروق ذات داللة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس. Abstract: The study aims to reveal the quality of instructional practices in the learning process (High, medium, low (the researcher has relied on the analytical descriptive curriculum in the study and used the interview tools and teaching practices questionnaire to collect the basic study data.) this survey was designed by the members of the King Fahd Abdel Aziz Center for Quality Saudi Arabia and this questionnaire was adapted to the characteristics of the study community with the calculation of its own cyometric characteristics and was studied For a sample of 50 middle-education professors at the two prescriptions (New and old (Mestagnam) the study in this 2020 academic year was to validate the hypotheses the researcher adopted the monocartic contrast analysis test, Parson test, and two separate eye tests to reach the following results the level of quality of teaching practices varies with the level of education and professional experience of the professor and the level of teaching practice.
