Résumé:
We have transformed in this research an overview of the training policy in Algerian institutions, and the latter was the subject of our research, with the aim of knowing the extent of the Algerian institution’ sinterest in the human element and presenting a comprehensive and simple concept about training and human resource management. We divided our research in to two chapters:
The first chapter, which was theoretical, where we defined human resource management and its importance, as well as the challenges it faces, as well as in this chapter we touched upon training, where we definedit and presented its goals and methods, as well as the types of training and itssteps.
As for the second chapter, it was an applied study in the Foundation of the UAC in Mostaganem, as we examined the various interests of the institution and its activities and provided a comprehensive definition of the institution and its history, and we also focused on the training policy within the institution where we mentioned the stages of formation and the methods used and that. From the beginning to the end of the appointment, depending on the documents submitted by the institution, as well as the interview, questionnaire, participation and observation
