Résumé:
In the era of globalization, where new IT are progressing rapidly, companies are adopting these new IT to disseminate their job offers through the Internet. Hence the shift from traditional recruitment to electronic recruitment or e-recruitment, which becomes a logical continuation of these developments for the search for skilled labor.
In this thesis we evaluated the practice of e-recruitment in the search for skills within the BMT, an analysis of field investigations made it possible to verify the hypotheses mentioned at the beginning.
