Résumé:
The creation of emerging enterprises in Algeria has caused the creation of a new generation of
entrepreneurs and owners of enterprises, which made the Algerian government aim to multiply
these enterprises in order to exploit and accompany all youth initiatives, and new ideas in the
framework of efforts to support the national economy. Overcoming all administrative and legal
barriers and obstacles to it, so that it has become very dependent on this sector, as these
institutions are considered the main axis for advancing the wheel of development and thus moving
away from the oil rent economy.
It is considered one of the most prominent current solutions in significantly alleviating severe
economic and social crises, and emerging institutions have provided an opportunity for young
people to embody their ideas on the ground.
