Abstract

This noteis in the context of highlighting the role of small and medium entreprises in reducing unemployment and poverty rates , the algerian state has preferred efforts to serch for mechanisms to reduce them , whether this mechanismis to support investment :and encouragaging the establishment of this type of institutions in various economic sectors due to their ability to spread and expand within cities and villages , unlike large institutions ,it would help create job opportunities , which would contribut ti reducing unemployment rates and raising the standars of living in general ,small and medium enterprises provide job opportunities that did not exist before for many groups of society,whether unemployed or low -income,the unemployment rate is greatly affected by support mechanisms ,and the Algerian state has the ability to stabilize the labor market by following the court’s strategy to eliminate the problem of unemeployment by using wellthought-out supporting mechanisms and positions , such as The National Agency for Supporting Youth Employmen
