Résumé:
This work is a conversational analysis of verbal interactions between tellers
and customers in the CNEP-Bank in the city of Sidi Bel Abbes. This study
is based on an oral corpus of about an hour sound recording or two hours
came interactions recorded in the two departments of the CNEP-Bank: the
service credit and savings services. The transcript of the latter is the spelling
system. It is more precisely an analysis of longitudinal and transverse
structures that organize the exchange of questions and answers in order to
identify the types of relationships (power relations) between their two interactants
them
This research is concerned, also, the language practices of inter-actants and
their language choices. In effect, a part of this work focuses on the analysis
of the various uses of the French language at the CNEP-Bank. Thus, the
study of a phenomenon governing the production of oral tellers and
customers is: code switching.
