Study summary
The subject of “labor disputes” is one of the important topics that drew the
attention of many scholars and researchers in all disciplines, especially the
sociologists of organization and work, who have taken care of, studied and treated
them from different angles, in order to know these conflicts in institutions and then
eliminate them, even relatively, because, as it is said, If he knew the reason, the
hero of wonder.
Accordingly, the current study divided it into four chapters. The first is the
methodological aspect of the study, in which we dealt with the problem of the
research, and we clarified the importance of the issue of “work disputes” and we
also touched on the problem as well to know the real causes of this phenomenon
“work disputes” and to consider this study in support of what Others presented
research in the same matter... We also made it clear that we are talking about
organizational, social, economic, or interest disputes, and we did not touch upon
legal disputes because they are the prerogative of others. Labor disputes in the
Mostaganem Port Corporation.
We also talked in this research about the objectives of the study, the reasons and
motives for choosing the topic, the conceptual framework of the study, previous
studies.... After that, we asked the study questions, including:
Does the lack of labor participation in decision-making within the institution lead
to a conflict?
Do bad working conditions within the organization lead to conflict?
Does the low wages of workers inside the institution lead to a conflict? |
