Summary :
This study amis to know the determinats of organizational
loyaty ,afield study at the faculty of social science –Abdlhamid
Ben Badis university –Mostaganem ;used the quantitative
approach and appied the questionnaire technique to an
intentional sample of 34 administrators .
The study concluded that relationships at work and the
work environmentar among the determinants of organizational
loyalty in university administration ,and are considered the
basis for achieving and developing a sense of organizational
loyalty.
