Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: دراسة مكملة لنيل شهادة الماستر في علوم الإعلام والاتصال تخصص اتصال تنظيمي، بعنوان "دور الاتصال التنظيمي في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لعمال" وكانت دراستنا الميدانية على عمال المكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية بولاية مستغانم، إعداد الطالب محمد بلمداح تحت إشراف الأستاذة كوبيبي حفصة. وانطلقت هذه الدراسة من سؤال رئيسي: كيف يساهم الاتصال التنظيمي في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لعمال المكتبة الرئيسية للمطاعة العمومية – مستغانم؟ ولاختبار هذا التساؤل فقد تم تقسيمه إلى تساؤلات جزئية وهي: • التساؤل الأول: هل للاتصال التنظيمي دور في فاعلية الأداء الوظيفي؟ • التساؤل الثاني: هل هناك علاقة بين نمط الاتصال السائد في المؤسسة وتطويرالأداء الوظيفي؟ • التساؤل الثالث: هل تؤثرمعوقات الاتصال التنظيمي على فعالية الأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال المكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية؟ وتهدف دراستنا إلى معرفة دور الاتصال التنظيمي في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لعمال المكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية "ولاية مستغانم" مع العلم أن موضوع الاتصال التنظيمي موضوع مهم ضمن العملية التنظيمية لأي منظمة إنتاجية كانت أو خدماتية، باعتبار أن للعمال دور كبير في من خلال أدائهم الوظيفي في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة، ولقد ركزنا في دراستنا على طبيعة الاتصال التنظيمي في المؤسسة والعلاقة بين الاتصال التنظيمي وأداء العمال. وبعد تحديد المفاهيم الخاصة بالدراسة وتبيان المنهج المناسب والمتمثل في المنهج الوصفي، واستخدام أسلوب الحشر الشامل للعمال والتي ضمت 30 عاملا من عمال المكتبة باستثناء عمال النظافة والأمن وهم غير معنيين بالدراسة، واستعنا بالاستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وبذلك تم الوصول إلى مجموعة من النتائج تجيب عن التساؤلات المطروحة. Public care library workers: Our study aims to know the role of organizational communication in improving the functional performance of the main library for the General Care of Mostaganem. Knowing that the subject of organizational communication is an important issue within the regulatory process for any productivity organization or services.
