Résumé:
The objective of our study is to assess the knowledge of the staff, the nutritional and hygienic quality of the meals distributed during a large-scale event (Legislative election of June 12, 2021). According to our results, our sampling is representative (with regard to gender) of the population present on the day of the legislative elections (70%) supervisory staff and (30%) service managers. On the other hand, the limits of this study are in the sampling because no randomization was carried out and the sites selected are not representative of all the personnel supervising the vote. The results show that the higher the educational level, the better the knowledge about nutrition.
