Résumé:
Washington Convention1965 concerned as one of the international conventions
specialized with settle disputes relative to the foreign investments that arise between the
host country for the foreign investments, which is contractually connected to a foreign
investor belongs to another contracting State, the consent of each of them to subject the
dispute to the International Center established by virtue of the present Convention and
which the dispute settlement through a system of international commercial conciliation and system of arbitration or put deposited by virtue of the Arbitration clause attracts by the
parts to the dispute, It is due to it privacy, then the procedures are simple, speed and
confidentiality, as well as the applicable legislation.
