dc.description.abstract This study aims to try to link the existing relationship between the multiplicity of needs and desires of customers and the adoption of institutions, especially postal centers, to the policy of diversity in postal services, and the reasons that motivate these institutions to do research for the development of postal services, that is, providing services that are in line with the desires, needs, and especially aspirations these customers, The results came to the conclusion that although this sector does not enjoy a kind of competition, the Algerian state has begun to realize greatly the importance of this sector and the extent of its contribution to the national income. Modern media and communication, which eventually allowed it to be able to diversify its services and thus bring new customers and give it the ability to maintain its existing customers en_US
