Résumé:
This research aims to highlight the role of strategic planning for human resources in improving the
performance of individuals within the organization as one of the main functions and activities of human
resources management, through which the organization’s future needs of human resources are estimated.
Appropriate in order to achieve efficiency in performance.
It concluded that strategic planning for human resources helps in the future career planning of
individuals, by defining promotion and training activities, and thus raises the morale of individuals in order
to raise their performance and thus achieve the goals of the organization
