ETUDE DU PROLONGEMENT DE LA VOIE EXPRESS CHERCHELL – DAMOUSS (WILAYA DE TIPASA) DU PK 0 AU PK 5 +274

Abstract

En vu d’éliminer la congestion enregistrée quotidiennement au niveau de la ville de Cherchell et Damouss, étant donné que le seul et unique passage obligé est celui de la RN11, qui existe actuellement, Les autorités ont demandé de remédier à ce problème par la projection d’une voie express Cherchell - Damouss à caractère autoroutier de ces deux villes et assurer en même temps la continuité de la voie express. A cet effet, notre travail consiste principalement à étudier en phase APD un tronçon du prolongement de la voie express Cherchell- Damous du PK 0 au PK 5 + 274 Le choix de notre tracé se basera essentiellement sur l’évitement des contraintes concernant le début du projet pour desservir la zone militaire de l'académie de Cherchell et d’éviter les contraintes de la conduite de gaz ainsi que le transport très importante (ouvrage stratégique et des pylônes électriques très haute tension) sans oublier la sauvegarde des terres à haut rendement agricole d’autre part. Notre premier souci dans la conception de ce prolongement est l’usager de cette voie express. Notre objectif est de lui assurer un niveau de service en rapport avec le trafic résultant du développement économique de la région ; de décongestionner le trafic urbain ; de réduire le temps de parcours ; d’assurer une régularité dans les déplacements des usagers ; de réduire le nombre d’accidents et lui assurer une bonne fluidité de la circulation en générale et enfin, d’améliorer le cadre de vie des habitants. Et ceci ne se concrétisera que si on respecte toutes les normes

ABSTRACT

In order to eliminate the congestion recorded daily at the level of the town of Cherchell and Damouss, given that the one and only obligatory passage is that of the RN11, which currently exists, the authorities have asked to remedy this problem by the projection of a Cherchell - Damouss expressway with a motorway character in these two towns and at the same time ensure the continuity of the expressway.
