Résumé:
Pregnant women are part of the category of so-called fragile people in the face of the
global corona virus pandemic, the risk of contamination and complication will be multiplied,
especially in the presence of factors favouring high blood pressure, Diabetes, Respiratory
diseases.
Our study, which was carried out at the LALA KHEIRA Mostaganem mother-child
EHS, aims to determine some biochemical parameters in pregnant women who present with
Covid-19 and their maternal and fatal complications and are compared to those of control
pregnant women without Covid-19. Our survey carried out demonstrates several biological
parameters and vital parameters are disturbed in patients with Covid-19, respiratory
difficulties respiratory distress in pregnant women Covid-19, and also the overall increase in
blood pressure.Haematological abnormalities were recorded elevation of leukocytes,
lymphopenia and also the incidence of anemia in hospitalized pregnant women,Changes in
homeostasis parameters in SARS-CoV-2 infection, the drop in prothrombin level explains the
fact that the blood is fluid and poorly clots; Thrombocytopenia is frequently encountered in
seriously ill patients and reflects usually multi-organ dysfunction with development of
intravascular coagulopathie. Disturbance of biochemical parameters by elevation of Ddimmer
factor levels and CRP inflammatory factors. Hyperglycemia or the presence of high
blood sugar levels is common in patients hospitalized with Covid-19. Pregnant women
hospitalized with Covid-19 had liver damage, destruction of liver cells, liver dysfunction and
kidney failure in pregnant women infected with SARS-CoV-2.
