Résumé
La génération de trajectoire d’un robot, entre deux configurations, consiste à la définition d’une loi mathématique d’interpolation qui génèrent les consignes articulaires à donner à son contrôleur pour assurer le déplacement désiré. La plupart de ces lois sont affrontés, seulement, aux contraintes géométriques et cinématiques du robot. Or que les couples de ces actionneurs sont, fortement, affectés par la nature de la loi choisie. L’objectif visé par ce travail est d’étudier l’impact des quatre lois de génération de trajectoire sur la variation des couples des actionneurs du robot PUMA 560. Ces quatre lois, largement utilisées en pratique, sont les suivantes : la loi Bang-Bang, la loi trapézoïdale en vitesse, le lissage de la loi trapézoïdale en vitesse et l'interpolation polynomiale de degré cinq.

Abstract
The generation of a robot's trajectory, between two configurations, consists in defining a mathematical interpolation function to generate the articular instructions to be given to the robot’s controller to achieve the desired movement. Most of these functions only account for the geometrical and kinematic constraints of the robot. However, the torques of the robot’s actuators are strongly affected by the nature of the chosen functions. The objective of this work is to study the impact of four trajectory generation functions on the variation of the actuator torques of the PUMA 560 robot. These four functions, widely used in practice, are: The Bang- Bang function, the trapezoidal velocity function, the smoothed trapezoidal velocity function, and the five degree polynomial interpolation.

تمثل إنشاء مسار الروبوت، بين موضعين، في تحديد قانون الاستيفاء الرياضي الذي يولد التعليمات المفصلية التي يجب إعطاؤها لوحدة تحكمه لضمان الحركة المرغوبة. تواجه معظم هذه القوانين، فقط ، القيود الهندسية والحركية للروبوت. ومع ذلك، فإن عزم دوران هذه المحركات يتأثر بشدة بطبيعة القانون المختار. الهدف من هذا العمل هو دراسة تأثير أربعة قوانين على قيم عزم دوران المحرك لروبوت .PUMA560 وهذه القوانين الأربعة ، المستخدمة على نطاق واسع ، هي كما يلي: قانون Bang- Bang ، قانون السرعة شبه المنحرف ، تجانس قانون السرعة شبه المنحرف ، واستيفاء كثير الحدود ذو الدرجة الخامسة.
