Résumé:
The objective of our work is the evaluation of the phytochemical composition of some infusions of the larvae, the fly and the shell bet in food for the chicken.
The larvae are the richest in protein (39,513% vs35,853%) compared to the fly. While the fly reveals a significantly higher organic matter content compared to that found in the shells (mg EAG/g)
The results show the richness of the chicken which consumes the fly in proteins of values estimated at (27,957% et 27,24%), compared to the control chicken (before consumption) of value estimated at (26,886% et 26,51).
The results of this work allowed us to affirm that all of the samples have a good protein property for chicken.
We recorded a good correlation between the protein compounds of our samples and chicken, this indicates that the latter proven by the two tests used are provided, probably, by the same bioactive molecules (proteins)
