Abstract

الملخص: تهدف دراستنا التي هي تحت عنوان دور تقنية التحاضر عن بعد Webex في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي. إلى التعرف على دور تقنيات الاتصال في الرفع من كفاءة الإدارة. من خلال مساهمتها في الاتصال مع الجهات الخارجية وفي تسيير أعمالها الداخلية بتعزيز المشاركة بين الموظفين لتحقيق تطور على مستوى التقنية والأداء ومن أجل تحقيق الأهداف المـــُسطرة للمنظمة. وتعد مصلحة التنشيط المحلي التابعة لولاية مستغانم من بين المصالح التي تَبَنَتْ هذه التقنية الاتصالية والمتمثلة في تقنية التحاضر عن بعد Webex. وهذا من أجل تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لها وتحقيق الصالح العام. بتقديم الخدمات وتسهيل العملية الاتصالية؛ التي هي أساس نجاح أو فشل المنظمات. وهذا التبني لهذه التقنية بالتحديد راجع إلى الفجوة الوظيفية التي خلقتها أزمة كورونا. بحيث تم توظيفها بالمصلحة كَوْنَها ساهمت في الحد من محدودية الاتصال. باعتبارها تقنية فعالة في جلب المعلومات وتبادلها. زيادة على ذلك ساعدت على الاتصال مع الجهات الخارجية من خلال الاجتماعات؛ التي تستدعي الضرورة القصوى لعقدها ليكتمل الأداء الوظيفي وتُحقق المهام المــَنْسوبة للمصلحة. كونها من تقنيات الاتصال التي تُؤثر في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي. وقصد تحقيق أهداف الدراسة عَمدنا إلى استخدام أداة بَحثية، تمثلت في المقابلة إضافة إلى اعتماد الملاحظة بالمشاركة. أما عن إشكالية الدراسة فقد تمثلت في معرفة دور الذي تلعبه تقنية التحاضر عن بعد في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي، وبعد إجراء عملية تحليل المقابلات توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - استخدام تقنية التحاضر عن بعد Webex بمصلحة التنشيط المحلي لمديرية الادارة المحلية يعمل على تحسين الأداء الوظيفي. -تُــحَقَقْ مجموعة من الإشباعات من خلال استخدام تقنية التحاضر عن بعد Webex من قبل موظفي مديرية الإدارة المحلية بمصلحة التنشيط المحلـــي. الكلمات المفتاحية: تقنيات الاتصال، الأداء الوظيفي، العملية الاتصالية.  Abstract : Our study aims at improving job performance, to identify the role of communication technologies in raising the efficiency by enhancing participation among employees to achieve development with technical and performance levels and in order to achieve the established goals of the organization. The Local Activation Department of the state of Mostaganem is among the departments that have adopted this communication technology, represented in the technology of distance lectures (Webex). This is in order to improve its functionality and achieve the public interest, by providing services and facilitating the communication process; For this technology in particular, I refer to the functional gap created by the Corona crisis, so that this adoption was employed in the interest as it contributed to limiting the limitation of communication. As an effective technique in fetching and exchanging information. In addition, it helped to communicate with external parties through meetings, which are necessary to complete the job performance as it was represented in knowing the role played by the distance lecture technology in improving job performance. In order to achieve the objectives of the study an interview was conducted besides an observation was done as a research tool to prove the following problematic the role played by the distance lecture technology in improving job performance. The following results were suggested. The use of distance lecture technology (Webex) at the local activation department of the Directorate of Local Administration to improve job performance. To achieve a range of gratifications through the use of distance lecture technology (Webex) from employees of the Directorate of Local Administration in the Department of Local Activation.
