Résumé:
The environnement of the educationl institution today is known by the multitiple changes and
competitors multiply in it ; which necessitates the search for achieving a competitive advantage in
order to excel over its competitors ; and this will only be if it obtains its resources and works to
continuously develop it through creativity and innovation .
The current study highlights the achievement of a set of objectives represented in an attempt to
highlight the strong relationship between each of the Creativity;innovation and competitive
advantage; and to clarify the areas of creativity and innovation in institutions as the basis for success
And an attempt to study and evaluate the role of creativity and innovation in achieving the competitive
advantage of an educational institution.
The research has enabled us come up with several results ; including moving away from imitating
institutions and only creating a competitive center for them and a good reputation among competitors
and others ; in addition to the lack of material and moral support and incentives on the part of the
creative and innovative people;as service institutions have become in dire need of creativity and
innovation during the stages achieve its goals .
