Training has a relationship with raising the level of the worker and as a result raising his rank and
wages, and the formation has a relationship with employment where the institution chooses to
train employees instead of hiring new candidates because that costs money and time, and the
formation has an impact on human resources evaluation. In the framework of human resources
formation, this activity can allow identifying Widgets of configuration for each employee.
And the success of the institution depends on the interest in the individual through his formation,
development of his information and his adaptation to the transformations and changes imposed by
