Résumé:
The supervisory agents in charge of consumer protection and fraud suppression are among the
human mechanisms set by the Ministry of Commerce at the level of executive directorates, with
the aim of protecting the consumer, controlling the quality of consumption and suppressing fraud.
Where this study aimed to highlight the effective role of the supervisory agents in charge of
consumer protection and the suppression of fraud, through the powers and authorities entrusted
to these agents, represented in the control procedures and precautionary measures, and this study
also aimed to evaluate the work of the supervisory agents.
