Our research presented by the title "The Role of Strategic Management of Human Resources in
Achieving the Competitive Advantage of an Economic Institution" , we gave a look at strategic
management and its connections with human resources, and how it affects the achievement of
competitive excellence for the organization regardless the changes taking place in the current
era, since the human element is the main pillar of an institution, so it must improve its
management in order to ensure the achievement of effectiveness in the institution and Work to
