Résumé:
This study addressed the role of hotel service quality in gaining a competitive advantage,. Theservice
sector is experiencing great development, especially the hotel, where it has become more polarized to
continue, which has led to intensified competition, when each hotel seeks to provide high quality
services to distinguish itself from its competitors and ensure its location in the market, and this is what
we have been looking for at the hotel "AZ MONTANA" in Mostaganem, where we did an interview with
the head of the Finance and Accounting Department to find out the role played by the quality of services
in the hotel and the extent of its impact in achieving its competitive advantage.
The field study showed the extent of the hotel's interest in the quality of the services it provides, and
its awareness of the seriousness of its impact on achieving the gain of competitive advantage, which will
allow it to occupy a strong position among competitors.
