The success of the economic institution depends on providing and harnessing all the capabilities
and resources necessary for this, the most important of which is human capital, because
competition in light of the global market has become dependent on the development of human
resources and competencies as they are capable of creativity, development, investment,
information and good management. For this reason, institutions must pay attention to human
capital as the most important component of the institution and its management and investment as
an optimum investment by institutions in order to ensure its survival and growth to achieve the
highest possible profitability, and all of this will only be achieved through an objective vision and
mental ability as well as On the renewable experience and high skill, and this study has concluded
that there is a direct relationship between the efficiency of human capital and the profitability of
