Résumé:
The study aimed to shed light on the issue of performance management in accordance with the
requirements of digitization, focus on its position in the departments and the national economy, and pay
attention to it for the continuity of institutions and their advancement in order to achieve sustainable
development. Where it is necessary to provide many and integrated requirements to be implemented and
implemented through good performance management. For this purpose, a field case study was carried out
at the level of the National Public Corporation for Algeria Telecom in Mostaganem, where the study relied
on the descriptive analytical approach and the use of scientific references related to the subject and the
published research. And studies related to the dimensions of the theoretical study and the practical aspect
of the study. The situation in the institution under study, and direct and corresponding observation were
used in this. In the end, he concluded that managing performance in accordance with the requirements of
digitization contributed to reducing effort and time and rationalizing costs. It was also able to improve
administrative performance within the scope of information and communications technology and the
context of decentralization in dealing, and access to distinguished electronic and digital services.
