At the present time, the need for institutions to adopt management information systems is
increasing, given their strategic role in providing the necessary information, as it can be used to
manage various functions in the institution, and it also reflects positively on the overall performance of
the institution, and meets the needs of the human resource and to perform the tasks Required of him
with high efficiency and accuracy, the applied study came to the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and
Management Sciences at the University of Mostaganem, which aimed to identify the role of
management information systems in raising the performance of human resources within public
institutions, where the results showed that the level of performance of workers came to an acceptable
degree The results also showed that there is a prominent impact of the requirements of management
information systems on job performance, in addition to the fact that training working individuals on a
continuous basis to use technology leads to an increase in their knowledge and efficiency, allowing to
