dc.description.abstract |
The study aims to clarify therole ofgovernance mechanisms in improving, the performance of public
institutions.In the field study ,we tried to find out the impact of the application of the governance mechanism
on the performance of employees at Sherif Abdel kader ( Achacha) school.personal data and the second axis
relates to the group of factors affecting the improvement of performance.
Through the study ,it was concluded that the adoption of governanceis an effective mechanism in improving
the performance of employees of public institutions , as it is an essential element that contributes to economic
developmemt through the application of a system of governance characterized by transparency ,
responsibility and effectiveness. |
