Abstract:
The study aimed to know the role of human competencies in managing health crises and
the effective role that knowledge, capabilities, skills and behaviors play in managing these crises, as
they are among the important labor segments within health institutions.
The descriptive statistical method was used in this study by taking a sample from the field of
study that is consistent with the subject of the study using a questionnaire, after which the sample
was analyzed and the results were interpreted, and it can be said that human competencies played
an effective and important role in managing various health crises at the level of the hospital center
The university of Mostaganem, and therefore it is important to pay the necessary attention to this
category by setting up periodic training programs for it in order to further develop those knowledge,
capabilities, skills and behaviors that it possesses in order to perform its role entrusted to it with full
professionalism.
