Résumé:
Through This research, we presented an overview of the role of human resource training in the
development and success of the economic institution ,and this was the subject of our research and
to know the extent of the institutions interest in the human element ;so that no institution can
work efficiently and effectively without continuous attention to the human resource as an element
that creates excellence and the excellenceof the institution by providing a comprehensive and
simple concept of training and human resource management, where we divided our research
intotzo chapters :
The first chapters, which wos theoretical, where we defined the importance, objectives
and needs of human resource management, as well as in this chapter , we discussed human
resource planning ,its requirements,the organizational situation of human resource management
and the factorsqffecting it, and the organizational forms of human resource management .
As for the second chapter, we provided a definition about training and highlighting the
importance, orinciples, strategies and elements of the training process, as wellaq the obstacles to
training.
