Abstract:
The study aimed to search for an effective strategy to manage the
quality of health services in hospitals to improve these services and
improve the performance of workers in the health sector, with a
focus on the most important obstacles to the application of quality
management in health institutions, and to identify the reality of
health services in Algerian hospitals in particular, and the type and
quality of services that It is offered to the beneficiaries, because the
more quality is available to them, the more this leads to their
satisfaction and their feeling of comfort and safety
Our goal in this research is to highlight the importance of the quality
of services in health institutions in Algeria, and the need to adhere
to ideal ways and methods in applying the quality of services in
order to advance the health sector and keep pace with global
development, and reduce the problems that health staff complain
