This stady aimed to identify the impact of promotion in motivating and improving performance in the
organization at naftal company –mostaganemThis is by addressing ,in the theoretical aspect ,both motivation and entertainment and their impact
on the performance of the worker and the institution and the extent of their application in it. As the
promotion increases the motivation of workers to improve their performance ,and the latter leads to
the success of the institution .In the partical side ,we resorted to using the research tool represented in
the questionnaire ; and we reached through it to validity of the hypotheses put forward to answer the
problem of the study .
