Impact de l’épigénétique sur la sélection génétique des bovins laitiers

Abstract

Epigenetics Is a factor that affects milk production. The present study aimed to establish the relationship of epi genetics mainly mastitis and undernutrition on milk production. The research involved monitoring the production of 30 cows of the Montbéliarde breed of the same age and the same stage of lactation. Analysis of the results reveals that epi genetics has a considerable influence on the average daily milk production of cows.
