The brand is each signal or distinguishable connotation , and it is a way to learn about the product , services and it is publicist , also , it is a mean of legitimate competition at the national and international level , is subject to a legal system , that require under which registration of the mark , according to objective conditions , including exellence and linear representation and ligitimacy , as well to formality , that means the need of deposit of the mark of the national institute of industrial property , after examination in terms of form and substance , the competent authority registrates the brand .
The brand subjects on double legale protection include the protection of national civil protection and criminal protection , requires that the mark is registred , and international protection in accordance with international agreements of the organization of the mark in which Algeria joined to the majority .
