dc.description.abstract This study seeks to clarify the role of marketing innovation in improving the marketing performance of service organizations and clarify through service innovation, pricing methods, distribution and promotion methods. In this study, we shed light on Montana Hotel's pursuit of excellence. The hotel industry in Mostaganem can continue to survive, compete, increase and innovate in new services and meet the needs of guests and satisfy them from a marketing point of view. For this purpose, observations, documents, scientific records and personal interviews with reception staff in Montana Hotel. Stand out from your competitors and be the first to introduce new services in the market.
